PROGRAM PARTNERS

The BNAP was formed to develop and maintain an efficient and comprehensive apprentice training program for the field erection and repair construction industry. Under the umbrella of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, this training program, in keeping with the joint negotiated agreements, is financed by employer contributions for Union Boilermaker hours worked.

Many organizations and associations affiliated with the BNAP have helped us create the program that exists today. And, the training continues for graduate apprentices through the I.B.B.’s on-going safety and training programs available through the BNAP’s sister organization, MOST. Regardless of the successful training in place, the partnerships established between our signatory contractors and the owner community provide a integral backdrop for on-the-job training allowing Boilermaker journeymen and apprentices to work side-by-side in a real life setting.
